Free pickup is always available from our Auckland warehouse.

Shipping Times:

• North Island: 3-5 business days
• South Island: 5-7 business days
• Rural: Up to 10 business days

We accept eftpos, credit card, internet banking, cash, and PayPal.

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch within 15 days of delivery.

With the exception of steel lintels, unused items can be returned within the 15-days window. (Steel lintels cannot be returned once we have cut them to size.)

The full item price will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card or bank account immediately upon return.

The customer is responsible for shipping or delivering the item back to Metallink.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

All Metallink products are protected by a 24-month parts and labour warranty.
